Meet Lisa Kirchenbauer - Change Agent #0055 of our #SCN1000ChangeAgents Series.

As part of her coaching and client work, Lisa became a Kolbe Certified Consultant™, and uses that assessment to guide her in client communications, team building & business strategy, as well as bringing this expertise to other financial planning firms & businesses. Omega has adopted the Entrepreneur Operating System® & Engagement Multiplier® in their firm to being higher accountability and success to the business. Lisa was named the 2014 Financial Planner of the Year by the Financial Planning Association- National Capital Area Chapter.

She was named to the 2014/2016/2018 “Washingtonian” magazine’s Top Wealth Advisors List and also made the 2015/2017/2018 “Northern Virginia” magazine’s Top Financial Professionals list. Most recently, Lisa was named a 2018 Investment News Woman to Watch. Lisa is a member of the FPA National Capital Area chapter as well as a member of National Association of Personal Financial Advisors (NAPFA). In 2014, she debuted her “5 Essential Skills of an Exceptional Planner” presentation at FPA BE (FPA’s national conference), and has travelled to Mumbai, India, the Netherlands, Australia, United Kingdom and several FPA & NAPFA chapters in the United States to give this presentation.

Her book, “The 5 Essential Skills of an Exceptional Advisor” is available on Amazon. Lisa graduated from Stanford University with honors in International Relations and is an actively involved musician, parent, skier and hiker. Lisa resides in Arlington, Virginia with her husband and three sons and plays classical percussion in her husband’s community concert band.
