This page has articles that will help you navigate Nebula and use all of our tools effectively. Please scroll through the articles and feel free to use the Messaging tool to send us an email if you need extra help.

Manage Your Subscription

Pay dues, update credit card or add members


Go to Subscription to:
  • Manage your Nebula organization membership
  • Add additional users to your organizational membership
  • Update your credit card information 
  • Cancel subscription

Nebula Platform Features


  1. Navigate to Nebula and click the LOGIN link.
  2. Notice the Forgot your password? link in the login window.
  3. If this is the first time you log in, or if you were assigned a new password by the administrator, you will be required to change your password.
  4. Type your new password and click the Reset Password button.
  5. You will see all courses assigned to you.
  6. You will see the points accumulated by all Nebula activity.
  7. You will see your progress in Nebula's or your organization's leadership program.
  8. You will see Discussions. These are forums attached to courses or groups of people.
  9. You will also see a calendar of sessions.
  10. You can filter by My Events or Available Events.
  11. You are welcome to ask for help or advice by sending messages to Nebula administrators or course instructors using the Messages feature.
  12. The Resources link offers help articles that show you how to navigate the platform.

Nebula Learner Demonstration


This video shows you all Learner features of the SOAR Nebula resource hub.

  1. Log in to https://nebula.soarcommunitynetwork.com
  2. Your Home screen will show the following:
    1. The Infobox shows your courses in progress, completed courses, training time, badges and points.
    2. It also shows all courses assigned to you.
  3. The top menu shows the following:
    1. Resources - Here you will find help articles to help you Navigate Nebula.
    2. Points - The points you have accumulated by interacting with Nebula. You can click on a button that shows you how to accumulate points.
  4. Your username menu that shows the following:
    1. My info - Shows login, bio and your picture.
    2. My courses - Shows all courses assigned to you.
    3. My certifications - Shows all your certifications.
    4. My progress - Shows your progress in graphical format.
    5. My branches - Applies only to users in organizations with customized courses.
    6. My files - Files uploaded and shared by instructors.
  5. Another menu is Messages - Here you may send messages to Nebula System Administrators or instructors in courses assigned to you.
    1. You can attach documents to messages.
    2. Instructors will send you messages if they want to address you individually. Otherwise, you will see messages from instructors and other learners using the Discussions feature.
  6. The right side menu has the following options:
    1. Course Catalog - The course catalog shows you:
      1. Nebula Clusters - Ongoing leadership development live sessions open to all Nebula users regardless of organization.
      2. Self-pace - Courses available for individuals to take at their own pace.
      3. Workshop - Facilitated courses for groups or individuals. These workshops can be designed to have additional cohort facilitated sessions.
      4.  You can filter the list by the aforementioned types.
      5. You will see a button that says Get this course if the listed course is not assigned to you.
      6. You can purchase courses with credits - purchased by your organizations Employee Experience point of contact - or with your credit card.
      7. Any Workshop course will be managed by a SOAR Nebula team member, so you will be contacted as soon as you purchase the course.
    2. Progress - It takes you to the same place as the My progress menu under your name.
      1. One thing to notice under Progress is your Assignments, Certifications and Badges.
      2. There is also a nice Infographic that shows your activity in Nebula.
    3. Discussions - There are forums attached to Clusters and Workshop cohorts.
      1. The instructor and students will be able to have open discussions through these discussion groups.
    4. Calendar - Any instructor-led session available through an assigned Cluster, course or Workshop will be visible in this window.
      1. You can filter for your My events or All available.
      2. You can Register for events and add the event to your calendar from this window.
    5. Content Interaction - You can interact with Nebula content and instructors in several ways:
      1. Assignments - Some courses will have assignments that you may answer with text, file upload or recording of voice or video.
      2. You may register to Instructor-led sessions in any Cluster or Workshop.
      3. And you may send messages using the Messages feature.
